Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) in the South Region oversees promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, cultivates relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, and develops new and existing accounts through territory planning and customer-focused selling. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling techniques, engaging patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and driving product usage and territory growth. Regular travel to meet customers and attend events is expected. Requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and ability to manage a large geography, with a Bachelor’s degree and a track record of pharmaceutical sales success as a plus.
