Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing all aspects of the territory’s business development. The role involves cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors; developing demand for promoted products; applying patient-focused selling techniques; staying current with clinical literature; executing territory business plans; and participating in patient education as needed. Regular travel, including weekends, to engage customers and grow accounts, with emphasis on implementing marketing programs, maintaining target call frequencies, and representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
