Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager of Coagulation Products leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within the South Region, including Nashville, TN. Responsible for cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distribution partners; developing demand for promoted products; exhibiting strong clinical knowledge; driving territory growth through account development and patient education programs as needed. Core activities include implementing key marketing programs, maintaining targeted call frequency, staying current with clinical literature, executing patient-focused selling, collaborating with patient support groups per SOPs, communicating market insights to management, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and achieving/exceeding territory sales targets. Regular travel required, including weekends for select customer or corporate meetings and events. Develops new accounts and expands existing ones through relationships, product and disease-state knowledge, and territory planning; promotes products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors and specialty pharmacies; supports customer advocacy and educational initiatives.
