Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia products, developing territory business, building relationships with HCPs, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, and distributors, implementing marketing programs, maintaining call frequency, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling model, engaging with patient support groups, and traveling as needed to meet customers and events. The role requires developing and executing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets, and effectively communicating marketplace opportunities to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
