Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) promotes CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and manages all aspects of territory business development for the South Region. Builds and maintains relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; creates demand for promoted products; demonstrates strong clinical knowledge and business acumen to develop new accounts and grow existing accounts; supports patient education programs as needed; implements key marketing programs to increase market share; maintains proper call frequency; stays current with clinical literature; employs patient-focused selling model and effective communication of product benefits; engages with patient support groups; represents CSL Behring at local meetings to broaden product exposure; regular travel required which may include weekends for select customers or corporate events; develops territory plans to achieve sales targets; knowledge of product features, benefits, competitive programs, and distribution channels.
