Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) in the South Region leads promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and oversees territory business development in the Nashville area. Builds and maintains relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; creates demand for promoted products; applies clinical knowledge and patient-focused selling to expand new accounts while growing existing ones; develops territory business plans aligned with corporate direction to achieve sales targets; supports patient education programs and collaborates with patient groups as appropriate. Regular travel is required, including weekends for select customer meetings and events; duties include implementing marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call frequency, staying current with clinical literature, and representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
