Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products leading the promotion and development of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio in the South Region (TN) with responsibilities including building relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors; developing territory business plans; implementing key marketing programs to grow market share; maintaining call frequency and staying current with clinical literature; applying patient-focused selling strategies; engaging with patient support groups; achieving or exceeding territory sales targets; and traveling regularly (including weekends) for customer or corporate meetings and events; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; strong business acumen and ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
