Job Summary
Territory Manager for Coagulation Products in the South Region focusing on CSL Behring's hemophilia product portfolio. Responsible for promoting products, developing and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners, implementing marketing programs, growing new and existing accounts, and developing territory business plans. Requires regular travel (including weekends) to meet customer needs, staying current with clinical literature, utilizing patient-focused selling techniques, engaging with patient support groups, and representing CSL Behring at local meetings to increase exposure of products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
