Job Summary
Manage the Coagulation Products portfolio for CSL Behring in the South Region (TN with Nashville territory) by promoting products to healthcare professionals, hospitals, hemophilia centers, and specialty pharmacies, enabling territory sales growth through strategic account development, patient-focused selling, and collaboration with patient groups. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to drive market share, maintaining call frequency aligned to product focus, staying current with clinical literature, presenting disease-state & product information, developing new accounts while growing existing ones, supporting patient education programs, and traveling as needed, including weekends, to meet customers and attend events. Key skills include clinical knowledge of coagulation therapies, strong relationship management with HCPs and distributors, territory planning and execution, product features/benefits storytelling, and effective communication of marketplace insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of successful sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and implement territory business plans
- Willingness to travel regularly (including weekends) for customer meetings and events
