Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and for managing all aspects of territory business development in the South Region. The MCP will cultivate and maintain relationships with Health Care Professionals, hospital decision makers/influencers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution channel partners; create demand for promoted products while demonstrating strong clinical knowledge; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through territory management; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; apply patient-focused selling model; work with patient support groups; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to increase product exposure; and participate in patient education programs as needed. Regular travel, including weekends for select customer or corporate events, is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
