Manager Coagulation Products, South Region TN

Manager Coagulation Products – South Region (TN) drives promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio in the Nashville area by cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors. Responsible for developing territory business plans, implementing key marketing programs to increase market share, maintaining call-frequency targets, and staying current with clinical literature. Uses patient-focused selling and collaborates with patient support groups to promote products, educate providers and patients, and identify new accounts while growing existing ones. Will develop customer advocates, communicate marketplace opportunities to leadership, represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and travel as required (including weekends) to support select customers or corporate events. Requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and ability to translate disease state information into product value; effective in opening, probing, listening, and closing during customer calls and in developing and maintaining productive relationships with HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and others. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree; five years of pharmaceutical sales experience; proven sales performance; experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors a plus. Travel and territory management skills are essential.
