Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) promotes CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and drives territory business development in the Nashville area. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling models, engaging with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and developing new and existing accounts through solid relationships and territory management. Regular travel is required, including weekends for select customer or corporate meetings. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to convey product features and disease-state information to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies, and distributors is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
