Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products in the South Region TN oversees promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio across the Nashville territory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies and distributors; implementing marketing programs to increase market share; maintaining call frequency and staying current with clinical literature; utilizing patient-focused selling model; engaging with patient support groups; developing and executing territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; and travel as needed, including weekends for select meetings/events. The role requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and the ability to develop new accounts while growing existing ones, plus supporting patient education programs when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
