Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio in the South Region (TN, Nashville area) and for territory business development. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; develop demand for promoted products; apply patient-focused selling, clinical knowledge, and business acumen to acquire new accounts and grow existing ones; support patient education programs and collaborate with patient groups; travel to customer meetings and events as needed to increase product exposure and market share; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; maintain regular call frequency and stay current with clinical literature; promote products within HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers and distributors. Strong emphasis on product features, disease state education, and distribution channels; travel may include weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
