Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) in the South Region focuses on promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio within Nashville, TN and surrounding markets. Responsibilities include implementing key marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency with targets, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling techniques, engaging with patient support groups, representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings, and developing new and existing accounts through territory planning and relationship-building. Regular travel is required, potentially including weekends, to meet with healthcare professionals, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, distributors, specialty pharmacies, and patient groups; the role emphasizes developing customer advocates, communicating market opportunities, and driving usage of promoted products through effective territory management and collaboration with distributors and patient support networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
