Job Summary
Manager of Coagulation Products (MCP) is responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and developing the territory business in the South region, including Nashville. The role involves cultivating relationships with healthcare professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; creating demand for promoted products; delivering patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; engaging with patient support groups; staying current with clinical literature; developing and executing territory business plans to achieve sales targets; representing CSL Behring at local customer meetings; and travel (including weekends) as needed to support key accounts and events. A strong clinical knowledge base, business acumen, and proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
