Job Summary
Lead sales and territory development for CSL Behring’s Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN/Nashville area). Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; implement key marketing programs to increase market share; stay current with clinical literature; employ patient-focused selling with effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills; participate in patient education activities as needed; develop territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; travel as required, including weekends for customer meetings and events; represent CSL Behring at local meetings to promote products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
