Job Summary
Promote CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio across the Roanoke region, build and maintain relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; drive demand through patient-focused selling and territory management; develop and execute territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; stay current on clinical literature and product features; collaborate with patient support groups and internal SOPs; travel as needed, including weekends for select customers or events; communicate market opportunities to management and represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase exposure and growth of promoted products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
