Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for CSL Behring in the South Region focused on promoting the hemophilia product portfolio, building relationships with HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distributors; develop and implement territory business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets; apply patient-focused selling, stay current with clinical literature, and participate in patient education programs as needed; extensive travel including weekends for select meetings/events; promote products to HCPs, hospitals, hemophilia treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; maintain proper call frequency and develop customer advocates through effective communication of product features, disease state information, and competitive programs; manage a large geography and continuously develop accounts while aligning with corporate strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of sales performance
- Experience with patient groups, specialty pharmacies and distributors a plus
- Ability to demonstrate effective management of a large geography desired
