Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products in the South Region (TN) responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development in Nashville. Build and maintain relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners; create demand for promoted products while applying strong clinical knowledge; develop new accounts and grow existing ones through territory planning and customer-focused selling; stay current with clinical literature and market trends; participate in patient education programs as needed; travel regularly, including weekends, to attend customer meetings and events; promote products to HCPs, hospitals, treatment centers, patient groups, distributors, and specialty pharmacies; work with patient support groups and adhere to CSL Behring SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
