Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (South Region) is responsible for promoting CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio and managing territory business development in the Nashville-focused region, with ongoing customer relationship cultivation among HCPs, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Responsibilities include implementing marketing programs to grow market share, maintaining call frequency aligned with product focus, staying current with clinical literature, applying patient-focused selling with effective opening/probing/listening/closing, engaging patient support groups, communicating marketplace opportunities to management, representing CSL Behring at local meetings, and developing new and existing accounts through solid customer relationships and territory planning. Regular travel to support select customers and events is required. Demonstrated ability to promote products, increase usage across call points, and develop customer advocates, plus knowledge of product features/benefits, competitive landscape, and distribution channels, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or required relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
