Job Summary
Manager Coagulation Products (MCP) for the South Region with territory including Nashville. Responsible for promotion and utilization of CSL Behring’s hemophilia product portfolio, cultivating relationships with health care professionals, hospital decision makers, specialty pharmacies, and distribution partners. Create demand for promoted products, maintain proper call frequency, stay current with clinical literature, and apply patient-focused selling techniques. Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve or exceed sales targets, manage new and existing accounts through strong product/ disease-state knowledge, and support patient education programs. Travel is regularly required, including weekends for select meetings and events. Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings to increase exposure of products and services; work with patient support groups; maintain knowledge of product features, competitive offerings, and distribution channels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business or life sciences
- Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
- Demonstrated history of documented, consistent, successful achievement of sales performance
