Manager, Cluster Ops

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple data centres within the cluster to ensure 100% uptime and adherence to customer SLAs; lead, mentor, and develop a team of operations and technical staff for 24/7 coverage; plan and coordinate maintenance and upgrades with vendors; drive incident response, troubleshooting, and performance analysis; ensure safety, compliance (ISMS, SOC2, PCI DSS), and proper documentation; collaborate with customer support to deliver high-quality “smart hands” services and support strategic initiatives, budgeting, and cost management to sustain operational excellence in a global data-center environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in data centre operations
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (power, cooling, and network systems)
- Experience in managing technical teams and 24/7 operations
- Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS (desirable)
- Fluent in English
