Manager, Cloud Operations responsible for defining requirements for secure, reliable, cost-effective cloud environments; manage production deployment of CORA Legal Group cloud applications; lead Cloud Operations team; collaborate with R&D management to build monitoring/alerting platforms with KPI alignment; ensure backups, high availability, and SOC2 compliance; establish cloud security procedures and risk assessments; develop remediation plans and streamline processes using AI tools; foster growth within the Cloud Operations organization; strong leadership and communication skills required.
