Job Summary
Manager, Cloud Enterprise Systems leads MWU’s Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation as the senior project management leader, owning the integrated project plan and driving governance across the program. The role partners with the Drivestream Project Manager, coordinates change management and training, manages vendor relationships (Drivestream and others), and transitions to steady-state operations post-go-live while ensuring performance, reliability, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud and related cloud enterprise systems. The position requires leading multidisciplinary IT teams, applying program-management methodologies, managing scope, budgets, and timelines, and communicating with executive stakeholders. Knowledge of FERPA, GLBA, and Title IV compliance, and experience with enterprise cloud platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, Jaggaer or equivalents) are strongly preferred. PMP certification and higher education experience are also desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, project management, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Minimum of five to seven years of experience leading enterprise transformation projects and directing functional and technical information technology teams, with demonstrated responsibility for program planning, vendor management, and change management.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, or comparable enterprise cloud platforms strongly preferred.
- Higher education experience preferred.
