Job Summary
Lead a global Cloud & Data Center Operations team, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient platform availability while managing SLAs and KPIs. Drive the evolution of cloud and data center infrastructure, including capacity planning, lifecycle management, and provider coordination. Execute incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes to mitigate technical risks and support infrastructure transformation projects. Enforce security, compliance, and business continuity requirements across hybrid environments. Collaborate closely with IT Security, Architecture, and Application Management to standardize operations and foster team competency development.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud Operations oder Data Center Operations
- Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-Plattformen (z. B. Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Virtualisierung, Compute, Storage, Backup, Recovery und Plattformbetrieb
- Erfahrung im Betrieb hybrider Infrastrukturumgebungen sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Hosting-, Data-Center- und Cloud-Providern
- Kenntnisse in Business Continuity, Hochverfügbarkeit und Disaster Recovery
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge über Infrastruktur-, Netzwerk-, Cloud- und Anwendungssysteme hinweg zu analysieren und zu bewerten
- Gute Kenntnisse von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (z. B. ITIL)
- Erfahrung in Infrastruktur- und Transformationsprojekten
- Ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
