Job Summary
Supervise the F & B outlet and manage daily operations for a designated shift while supporting and administering operational goals to meet performance and profit objectives. Create effective schedules that maintain labor costs and staffing levels, ensuring guest satisfaction and superior customer service aligned with company standards. Resolve problems and conflicts with guests, staff, and colleagues diplomatically while presenting information to managers, clients, and the public. Work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. This role supports the overall management of the outlet with a focus on achieving profit targets and maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Fleixible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs
