Job Summary
Lead client relationship management for Fund Administration PE clients while directly supervising staff on US GAAP & IFRS reporting for closed-ended fund structures. Produce financial statements, support investor communications, and manage the NAV preparation and review process for PERE fund clients. Assist in developing new global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, and ensuring adherence to documented procedures. Work on integrating large fund administration mandates and enhancing Investran and eFront platforms to automate processes. Collaborate with operational centers and work on ad hoc internal and global projects. Requires 8+ years' experience, strong leadership skills, and a professional accounting qualification. Four days in office required.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 8+ years' experience
- An understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as subject matter expert to team
- Prior experience working at a PE Fund or PE Administrator
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionals
- Excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative consistently producing accurate and timely work
- Good interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions and professional intermediaries
- A professional accounting qualification
- Demonstrated ability to automate processes leveraging Excel and systems (Investran and/or eFront)
- Investor Services to US & investor KYC Standards
- Four (4) days in office requirement
