Job Summary

Manager, Clinical Services is responsible for the operational leadership and day-to-day management of The Newly Edmonton Clinic, overseeing clinic operations, program delivery, and performance against patient experience, operational efficiency, and cost management targets. The role partners with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational priorities, and drive quality improvement, safety, and compliance across clinical programs. Leadership responsibilities include staffing planning with People & Culture, performance management, coaching, and creating a positive team environment. The role supports budgeting, billing processes (including WCB and third-party funders), accounts receivable, and financial analysis, as well as stakeholder engagement and community outreach to support program outcomes and site readiness.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Social Work, Kinesiology, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5-8+ years of experience working in a health care setting in a clinical or management capacity is required.
  • A minimum of 2-4 year of experience within a WCB RTW-sponsored contractual clinical environment is required
  • 1-3 years of leadership experience is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is required.
