Manager Clinical Services - Hospice

Coordinate clinical care delivery and ensure documentation compliance with physician-approved treatment plans and regulatory standards. Operate with limited supervision to manage staffing, recruitment, and employee performance while acting as a clinical educator for internal and external customers. Utilize Homecare Homebase to document patient interactions and train staff on effective EMR practices. Direct accurate client care through case conferences, in-service training, and timely physician communication for service orders. Oversee referral intake and assessment visits, occasionally performing patient visits as requested. Maintain continuous improvement through coaching and goal establishment for the clinical team.
