Job Summary
Manager of Clinical Services at US Heart and Vascular / Heartland Cardiology in Wichita, KS. Responsibilities include establishing work objectives for clinical programs, planning and implementing strategies, advising the Director on needs and goals, serving as a clinical resource to supervisory/training staff, ensuring proper implementation of clinical policies and procedures, evaluating and promoting staff development, assessing service effectiveness and coordinating quality assurance/program evaluation, collaborating on research studies, and maintaining compliance with Federal/State rules, accreditation standards, and safety requirements. Travel to other locations as needed; fosters a team-oriented environment, integrity, professionalism, and adherence to organizational processes and policies.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a closely related field
- Six (6) years of experience in managing compliance and human resource's function
