Job Summary
The Manager, Clinical Resource Team provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the clinical workforce needs of the clinical resource team and supporting departments/clinics. Responsible for staffing and performance management, workforce development, clinical support, and patient care delivery with 24/7 day-to-day oversight. Leads implementation of strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety; promotes evidence-based nursing care through inter-professional collaboration; mentors team members; participates in budget planning and cost-control efforts; ensures compliance with regulatory standards and drives professional practice development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of science degree in nursing
- Five years of progressive responsibility in a healthcare setting
- Three years of leadership experience to include leading teams and/or projects
- Current Wisconsin RN Licensure
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
