Job Summary
Manager, HCC R&D, Clinical Research/Medical Affairs responsible for leading and executing the Global Health Care Compliance program across R&D, Clinical Research and Medical Affairs. Provides strategic guidance on clinical trials, investigator/site interactions, scientific engagement, and external collaborations; identifies, assesses, and mitigates compliance risks; supports risk assessments, issue management and monitoring; collaborates with Legal, Privacy, Quality, Finance and other assurance functions to deliver coordinated compliance support; develops and maintains policies, procedures, and training materials; monitors regulatory trends and drives process improvements to strengthen compliance effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
