Job Summary
Head of Clinical for Poland within the Poland commercial Management team. Responsible for leading and developing the clinical team across Poland, delivering clinical education to orthodontists and general practitioners, aligning with EMEA clinical strategies, and integrating Invisalign and iTero systems through targeted training and relationship management. Key duties include team leadership and development of Clinical Liaisons and Clinical iTero Trainers, cross-functional collaboration with Sales/Marketing/Customer Success, overseeing university relationships and speakers, ensuring scientific accuracy of educational content, contributing to R&D input, and traveling up to 50% within the region. Fluent in English and local language; Master’s degree in Dentistry or related field required with 3+ years in leadership and 6–10 years in clinical roles preferred.
