Manager, Clinical Operations

Oversee and deliver clinical operations for multiple projects by managing a team of professionals, ensuring on-time, high-quality project deliverables, and providing clinical consultation to project teams. Responsibilities include resourcing and staffing for client projects, performance management and staff development, participation in project bids and client presentations, and collaboration with sponsors. Must demonstrate the ability to recruit, retain and develop skilled staff, maintain productivity and quality metrics, and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Travel to sites as needed. Requires degree-level education in a health-related discipline and substantial monitoring/data management experience in a clinical trials environment; strong leadership, communication, and English-language skills are essential.
