Job Summary
Manager, Clinical Operations - FSP leads project delivery management and oversight for clinical development initiatives, coordinating with project leadership to ensure accurate, complete study documentation, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets. Responsibilities include resourcing and staff management, performance and talent development, generating study status reports for teams, sponsors, and management, and ensuring quality across deliverables. Requires experience in monitoring/data management within clinical research, leadership capabilities to manage multidisciplinary teams, and familiarity with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards. Education aligned to degree-level health sciences is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Substantial monitoring/data management experience or equivalent experience in clinical research
- Strong understanding & knowledge of clinical trials environment
- Education: degree level in biological science, pharmacy, or other health-related discipline preferred or equivalent nursing qualification or relevant clinical experience
