Job Summary
Manage daily operations for ENT, Dermatology, and Plastic Surgery clinics, providing leadership, training, and guidance to staff. Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies by monitoring service operations and initiating improvements. Utilize project management skills to establish timelines, monitor progress, and recommend solutions that enhance patient safety and quality outcomes. Hire, direct, coach, and monitor direct reports to develop a high-performance team aligned with organizational goals. Assess competency and provide constructive feedback for annual performance evaluations while modeling professional growth through participation in industry seminars. Collaborate with the leadership team to align patient care delivery objectives with strategic business and financial targets.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years minimum of relevant work experience
- 1 year leadership experience
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Flu vaccines are required
- This position has been designated as safety sensitive and cannot be filled by a candidate who is a current user of medical marijuana
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
- 7 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role (in lieu of a High School Diploma/GED)
