Job Summary
Develop and oversee organisation-wide learning and development frameworks while identifying capability gaps to implement targeted initiatives. Drive evidence-based learning strategies aligned with NDIS requirements and oversee the continuous improvement of clinical resources, templates, and practice frameworks. Support clinical leaders to strengthen documentation standards and promote evidence-based practice across the organisation. Lead mentoring, reflective practice, and supervision initiatives to build the next generation of behaviour support practitioners and leaders. Collaborate on recruitment and workforce pipeline initiatives to support workforce planning and capability-building strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant Allied Health qualification or related discipline, including: Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Social Work, Education, Human Services or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Behaviour Support
- Minimum of proficient under the NDISQSC Capability Framework
- Demonstrated experience developing frameworks, systems, resources, or organisational improvement initiatives
- Expertise in workforce capability development, clinical supervision, and adult learning principles
- Strong project management, change management, and quality improvement capability
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- a current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- a current NDIS Worker Check
- a current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care (RRHAN-EC)
- complete the NDIS Workers Orientation and New Worker Induction Module
- be First-Aid and CPR Certified
- to understand and comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct, and associated policies
- any and all other relevant checks required
