Job Summary
Conduct strategic and operational leadership for the Executive Health Services Program, overseeing patient flow, scheduling, and provider coordination. Manage inbound communications, intake, and pre-visit outreach while coordinating testing and exam day logistics across departments via Epic. Develop scalable processes, establish program standards, and monitor performance metrics to enhance service delivery for executive patients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or business, two years of healthcare management experience, and proficiency in Epic scheduling and documentation tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Health-related field or business
- 6 years equivalent work experience which includes management experience
- 2 years Experience in healthcare management
Desired Qualifications
- Executive experience & communication (single point of contact, concierge-level experience)
- Inbound communications (phone/MyChart protocols, escalation pathways)
- Intake & pre-screening
- Testing coordination across departments via Epic
- Pre-visit outreach (3–4 week lead, reminder calls, logistics)
- Testing and exam day coordination (onsite escort, discreet flow management)
- Cross-department coordination (diagnostics, clinical, billing, legal)
- Workflow refinement & documentation
- Executive-facing customer service skills
- Flexibility and ability to pivot quickly
- Donor/patient relations or concierge services experience
- Complex, multi-step, multi-department workflow management
- Epic scheduling, documentation & tracking tools
- Ability to operate independently in a coordinated, service-oriented role
