Manager Clinic

Lead daily clinic operations by overseeing patient care, staffing, scheduling, workflows, supplies, and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery. Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff through hiring, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage clinic budgets, monitor financial performance, control expenses, and allocate resources to achieve operational and fiscal objectives. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, infection prevention, safety protocols, and quality assurance programs. Drive continuous quality improvement by analyzing operational performance, implementing process improvements, resolving patient concerns, and leading clinic and system-wide initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and external partners to support strategic planning, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.
