Job Summary
Manager Client Success role focused on acting as primary liaison between clients and revenue cycle operations, analyzing and communicating key performance metrics (AR, cash collections, denial trends, reimbursement performance, write-offs), presenting results to physician partners and executives, leading data integrity reviews, and contributing to policy/process development. Requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with experience in BW/SAP or financial systems; healthcare revenue-cycle domain knowledge; and the ability to mentor staff and lead projects. Remote work from a home location in the United States is supported. Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5 - 8 years' related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years' experience; or a PhD without experience
- Advanced Degree desirable
