Job Summary

Lead and develop StackAdapt’s Southwest client-services team as a territory leader within the West US region. Drive client retention, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships across a diverse portfolio of brands and agencies. Set expectations, coach Account Managers on strategic account plans, own the full client lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion, hire and develop talent, improve team efficiency, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and provide expert guidance on StackAdapt’s DSP. Manage senior client relationships, deliver measurable outcomes, lead in-person and virtual client engagements, and travel as required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, campaign strategy, or execution within the programmatic, adtech, or martech space
  • Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising
  • Hands-on experience using DSPs and Ad Networks
  • Familiarity with self-serve advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or other DSPs
  • Strong track record of managing senior client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Ability to simplify and communicate technical concepts with confidence, leveraging platform expertise to support client success
  • Demonstrated success in solving complex challenges through data-driven decision-making and scalable, creative solutions
  • Collaborative and influential partner who works effectively across departments to implement new ideas and optimize performance
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and alignment across teams and clients
  • Genuine passion for digital advertising and curiosity about emerging technologies and industry trends
