Job Summary
Lead and develop the client services team to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive sales execution. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth; manage complex inquiries and escalations; establish performance metrics and generate insights from data; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align customer service with promotional activities; build and maintain relationships with key clients; optimize service protocols, training materials, and CRM usage; lead annual customer surveys and action planning to improve Net Promoter Score; oversee sales performance controls, and review programs against quotes and plans. Travel to plant locations to support account growth and participate in cross-functional initiatives. Requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work on-site in Truro, NS.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Business or related discipline preferred
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, or customer service management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated prior experience leading a team to drive results and improve overall customer experience
