Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of Analytical experience - Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Retail industry knowledge a plus but not required.
- Experience working with various types of datasets through business applications and manual manipulation.
- Strong data storytelling abilities—able to translate complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives for business leaders.
- Highest level of attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, to meet deadlines.
- Elevated level of curiosity and initiative required.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients in-person, over email, and while leading meetings.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to create complex Excel formulas a plus.
- Unify+ experience a plus.
- Superior analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Data Insights Analytics.
