Manager, Client Privileged Access

Job Summary
Lead credentialing and client access operations for 200+ providers, owning end-to-end credentialing (new, recredentialing, ongoing maintenance), supervising credentialing staff, collaborating with clients to streamline onboarding, developing SOPs/QA, and ensuring compliance with policies, employment laws, and affirmative action. Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Compliance to drive process improvements, track performance, and maintain credentialing databases; requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with access management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Client Access
- Proven leadership experience including growing a team
- Experience building or maturing a Client Access function
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and supporting a diverse workforce; healthcare/medical billing preferred
