Job Summary
The Manager for Client Implementations will lead and develop a high-performing team, manage enterprise implementation projects, and collaborate across teams including Sales, Product, and Support. Responsibilities include setting clear goals for team members, driving continuous improvement, managing project plans, and ensuring high-quality delivery of client services. Candidates should have people management experience, proven project management or software implementation skills, exceptional communication abilities, and advanced Excel skills. A preference for experience in the alternative investment field is noted.
Required Qualifications
- 1 - 3+ years of people management experience
- 3+ years of proven experience in project management and or software implementation
- Leadership mindset and appetite to shape outcomes in a growing company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Experience thriving in high-volume or high-growth environments
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the alternative investment ecosystem
- Background in private banking, investment management, or a related field
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and troubleshooting data
