Job Summary
Manager, Client Development at CHANEL in San Francisco leads and coaches a diverse in-store team to deliver elevated client experiences. The role involves training team members on CHANEL savoir faire, product details, and service delivery; developing the client base through community partnerships and events; sustaining a positive, inclusive culture; and providing ongoing coaching to Boutique Director to drive business performance. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Ability to lift 15 lb.
- In-store presence to develop and coach teams
- Strong client-facing and coaching skills
