Job Summary
The Manager - Client Accounting Services oversees multiple client engagements ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP, mentoring team members, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Key qualifications include 5+ years in accounting, a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include a CPA license and 6+ years of experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
- Solid understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting best practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and provide solutions
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented attitude
Desired Qualifications
- CPA license (or actively pursuing)
- 6+ years of experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience participating in professional, civic, or community organizations
