Manager, Clean Energy Transportation Strategy and Policy

Manager, Clean Energy Transportation Strategy and Policy leads a cross-functional team within PG&E’s Strategy and Growth to advance regulatory and policy advocacy, develop new programs, and guide the EV True North Strategy. Responsible for setting strategic direction for electric-vehicle initiatives, coordinating with regulators and stakeholders (CPUC, CARB, CEC), and synthesizing diverse inputs to design strategic alternatives. Role emphasizes team leadership, data-driven analysis, communication of complex policy issues to executives and boards, managing complex budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving innovative transportation electrification through VGI and related programs. Preferred location is Oakland, CA; position is hybrid, combining remote work with an assigned work location within PG&E’s service territory.
