Job Summary
Lead the Casualty Claims Services team in Auto-PD, providing strong technical leadership and operational guidance. Oversee 6-8 claims adjusters, drive process improvements, monitor performance and quality, conduct QA reviews, and implement Best Practices. Travel as needed for mediations and court hearings. Hybrid work schedule: office 3 days a week (Mon-Wed) with the option to work remotely on Thu-Fri. Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant claims experience (or 9+ years in customer service with 5+ claims experience), 3+ years of management/leadership, and a reciprocal license. Also requires ability to manage remote employees, negotiate, understand coverage, identify fraud and recovery opportunities, and travel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant claims experience or equivalent
- Equivalent is defined as 9+ years of relevant customer service experience including the 5 years of claims experience mentioned above
- License with home state that is reciprocal
- 3+ years of Management/Leadership experience
- Ability to understand and utilize data
- Experience managing remote employees
- Negotiation experience
- Strong coverage experience
- Experience identifying elements of fraud and identifying recovery opportunities
- Ability to travel
- Experience managing employees in other locations
- Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring VISA sponsorship
